Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 7 days after delivery. Contact support@HTSDecor.com to start your return. Please note that returns or refund requests will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To Insure you get your refund please provide our team with the tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your return package gets lost and we did not receive tracking information, we will not be able to process your return and issue a refund. We have a 7 day return policy which means you must request a return within 7 days of the items arrival.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected. This may take a few days to process.
